This study aimed to describe the factors that cause crime by children at Correctional Instution Purwokerto. Subjects were children criminals at Correctional Instution Purwokerto.
This is a qualitative research approach is to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the study subjects . Methods of data collection used include observation , interview and documentation . The method of analysis used in this study is an interactive method , the method used to analyze the through four stages are interrelated and form a cycle .
The results showed that the factors that fostered crime Bapas currently in Purwokerto caused by internal and external factors child . Internal factors leading to child over the pressure felt by the child when he was insulted or ridiculed by others . Insistence or pressure every day to make children motivated to fight so it can not control his emotions, and a form of resistance is what makes him exposed to the criminal element. For a more external factors leading to environmental playmates / peer . Bad habits/deviate from his group of friends in making a child perform actions that deviate outside anyway . Obscene behavior is preceded by a blue movie viewing habits and reckless driving as a result of liquor eventually bring them to the case law.
