Abstract

This research was titled Influence of Leadership, Organizational Commitment, and Compensation toward Employees’ Performence at PDAM Tirta Wijaya Cilacap. It aimed to know the influence variable of leadership, organizational commitment, and compensation toward employees’ performance. The researcher took sample collection by giving respondents questionnaires. He used survey method. The collecting technique of its simple was purposive sampling. The sample number was 149 respondents. The analysis technique which was used was SPSS for Windows 16. The data which met validation test, realiability test, double regression analysis, and classical assumption test resulted regression formula. The result of partial test (t test) proved that leadership and compensation influenced positively and significantly toward employees’ performances. Whereas variable of organizational commitment did not influence significantly toward it. Through simultaneous test (F test), it showed simultaneously that leadership, organizational commitment, and compensation toward employees’ performance.
