Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit margin (NI/S), Liquidity
(CA/CL), liquidity (NFA/TA), operating efficiency (S/TA), operating efficiency
(S/CA), financial leverage (TL/TA ) and growth ratio (GROWTH NI/TA) to the
company's financial distress. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling,
and analytical methods used are binary logistic test with significance level (α)
0.05.
The results of this study concluded that the profit margin (NI/S), Liquidity
(CA/CL), liquidity (NFA/TA), operating efficiency (S/TA), operating efficiency
(S/CA), financial leverage (TL/TA ) and growth ratio (GROWTH NI/TA), no
significant impact on financial distress. This is indicated by a significant value for
0995, 0998, 0997, 0997, 0997, 0995, and 0995 is greater than 0.05.
