NAELY IFADA.Profile Storage And Quality Of Medicine In The Health Inspection Area Banyumas (Ajibarang I, Ajibarang II, Cilongok I, Cilongok II, Pekuncen, Gumelar).
Instroduction : Community is the subject and the doer of national development Health community is one the keys of success in development. Therefore, health development is carried out as a part of national development with the purpose to improve awarenes, willingness, and ability of health livinf for everyone to apex of public health
Object : To evaluate the process of storing and medicine quality checking on public health care in Banyumas Recency to fit the pharmaceutical quality standar.
Method : The method used in this research is descriptive method.
Result : Maximum wavelength used on papaverine tablet samples was 250 nm, while on vitamin c tablet was 266 nm. Standard Linear Curve on papaverine tablets had concentrations of 6-22 ppm and obtained the linear equation y = 0,153x + 0,049, r = 0,998. While on vitamin c was 4-24 ppm and obtained the linear equation y = 0,036x + 0.109, r = 0,994. Content determination of vitamin c tablets obtained in each Public Health Care (Puskesmas), i.e Puskesmas Ajibarang I 36,190 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Ajibarang II 37,515 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Cilongok I 34,089 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Cilongok II 34,661 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Pekuncen 28,121 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Gumelar 11,618 mg /tablet. On the other hand, Content determination of papaverine tablets obtained n each Public Health Care ware Puskesmas Ajibarang I 33,522 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Ajibarang II 35,596 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Cilongok I 13,107 mg / tablet, Puskesmas Cilongok II 26,687 mg /tablet, Pekuncen Puskesmas 20.157 mg /tablet, Puskesmas Gumelar 26,533 mg /tablet.
Conclusion : Shows that in terms of the requirements of the warehouse is almost 100% of the overall health centers included in the criteria very well. In terms of storage means 69.44% showed sufficient criteria, then in terms of the storage procedure 86.67% showed very good criteria. Education level pharmacy staff determine the experience and insight in their duties, which is expected to improve the quality of drug storage. From 6 pukesmas, there are 3 health centers are educated as a nurse, one health center as a midwife, pharmacist assistant sebagaui 1 health center, and only one health center educated as a pharmacist. The results of the assay of papaverine and vitamin c tablets do not according the requirements that exist in Indonesian Pharmacopoeia. Possibility to papaverine tablet obtained as a sample of health centers have been damaged, as have decreased levels.
