Abstract

The research entitled “A perspective View point of Purbalingga Wetan Villagers on on aimed to find out the know the birth histoty of Triyono Budi Sasongko, find out the leadership method of Triyono Budi Sasongko. The method used in this research was by historical method namely by steps: (1) heuristic, (2) critic, (3) interpretation, (4) and (5) historiography. The data source was gained from informants such as interview and dokuments. The informants of the research were the people of Purbalingga Wetan which were divided into some catagories based on their jobs: 1) Civil servants, 2) businessman, 3) farmers, 4) labors. The dokuments were the result of interview with the source men and the result of development in Purbalingga. The result of the research metioned that (1) Triyono Budi Sasongko was born from the respected marchant‟s family in his environment. He was trained to play obediently by his grandfather. He was taught to be a hard woker and diliged person. (2) the Regent Triyono had worked in Domestic affair Departement in Jakara., (3) during his leadership for 2 periods, he gave many improvements in many fields, especially public faciliy, (4) from their point of view, his performance was considered to be good.
