The purpose of the study was to find out the effectiveness of the national
empowerment program of woman loan program in the Pagebangan Village,
Karanggayam, Kebumen Regency.
The population in the study was all members of the loan program group in the area of
study. The sampling applied was quota sampling. This used primary data taken from
the respondent who were given questionnaires on their comments on the program.
Besides, it also used the secondary data obtained from the village administration. The
data analysis was done using a method of qualitative description.
Based on the analysis, the effectiveness of the loan program for woman in the village
was categorized as medium in wich their effectiveness of the input aspect was 1,82
of the process was 2,12, of output was 2,85, of outcome was 2,71, and of effect was
2,08
