Recently, globalization have bought on effect for teenager intercourse. From the effect of intercourse will appear an attitude which is break the rule/law and also the norm that obtain by the society. Hopyfully, teacher able to prohibit from the teens deliquency, especially civic teacher which is have a mission to build a good citizen. General aim that will be reach from this research is to know civic teacher` role in prohibiting teenager deliquency in SMK N 3 Purwokerto. Researcher use qualitative approach used descriptive analysis method. The source of data use primer and sekunder data. Subject in this research are civic teacher of SMK N 3 Purwokerto, vise students, koncelling`s teacher and some students. The tecnique in collecting data are observation, interview, documentation, and literatur study. Analysis data with 3 step, they are reduction data, display data, conclution drawing and verivication. Based on the research that conduct by civic teacher, correcting the wole material, media, and various method to prohibit the teens deliquency. Some of them are apply positive habbit to the students so that they can apply it in their daily life, beside that teacher. Should give some direction to the students to obey schools role, inside RPP and silabus the teacher should import afective aspect or character building as student`s assasement. Civic teacher should have cooperation to the other teacher, vice of students, koncelling`s teacher, and student`s parrent to the protect the student from teens deliquency. Civic teacher have enough role to prohibit the teens deliquency that happened in SMK N 3 Purwokerto, it is proved from the teens deliquency which is able to minimize.
