Abstract

Public Health Centre is technical organizer unit of ministry of health regency or city officer which are responsible of health in a district. The occurrence of a less appropriate drugs is a problem in health services at the basic level of government installations due to possible negative impacts that occur. The aim of this research is to know the level of service quality by drugs patient in several drugs store in Banyumas District. This research is a descriptive model by observational approach using questionairs against respondents. Data Analysis were conducted by using descriptive. The results of this research indicate that the level of patient satisfaction quality is category of "satisfied" .
