Abstract

This research was aimed to reveal 1) the condition of Wanadadi Village, 2) women’s role in family’s economic, 3) women’s role in family’s education without interrupting economic activity. This research used qualitative approach covering the choosing of the study, research problem, data collecting, classification, analysis, and repoting. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion.. the result was 1) the total inhabitants of Wanadadi village is totaled 2228 consisted of 1073 males and 1155 female. Most of the people are merchants, with the commodity of vegetables, food, clothing, etc. 2) most of the women in Wanadadi are workers and affecting family’s economic condition, most of them are merchant, domestic helper, nurse or midwives, and private Bank Staffs. 3) in a family, women must be able to manage time beteen the occupation and domestic chores.
