This study examines the effected of dividends, debt, managerial ownership and
institutional ownership on the performance of companies with proxy variable
controlling mechanisms agency conflicts as measured by the ratio of total asset
turnover. Testing of hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression
analysis and classical assumption. This research is a quantitative descriptive study
during the period of observation in 2011-2014 were taken from BEI obtained by
purposive sampling. The result showed that the dividends affected positively and
significant effect on company performance, debt affected negatively and no
significant effect on company performance, managerial ownership affected
positively and significant effect on company performance, institutional ownership
affected positively and significant on company performance.
