This research aimed to analyze the effect of family control, profitability,
firm growth, institutional ownership, firm size and leverage toward the value of
manufacturing industrial sector company and also the sector of trade, service
and investment listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The data
collecting method used in this research was purposive sampling with 9 samples
of company. The analysis of this research was multiple linier regression with
alpha 0,05 and classical assumption test. The data of this research were
obtained from the company annual financial report provided in Indonesia Stock
Exchange period 2010-2014. The result of this research showed that family
control had negative and significant effect toward the value of the company.
Profitability had positive and significant effect toward the value of the company,
firm grwoth had negative but not significant effect toward the value of the
company, institutional ownership had negative but not significant effect toward
the value of the company, firm size also had negative but not significant effect
toward the value of the company, and leverage had positive but not significant
effect toward the value of the company.
