Abstract

This research examined the effect of ROA (Return on Assets), DER (Debt
to Equity Ratio), EPS (Earning per Share), PBV (Price to Book Value), and the
Firm size on stock returns of property and real estate companies listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014.
Purposive sampling technique was used in this research to take 105
samples (35 property and real estate companies during 3 years of observation),
and the data where in a form of secondary data published. The method of data
analysis was linear regression analysis.
From this research it was empirically proven that ROA (Return on Asset)
positive effect the stock returns, DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) did not have
negative effect the stock returns, EPS (Earning per Share) positive effect the
stock returns, PBV (Price to Book Value) positive effect the stock returns and
Firm Size did not have positive effect the stock returns.
