Mentoring is coaching model for the Islamic young generation spread at school, college, even in the society. The activity of mentoring is a structured extracurricular activity that is compulsory for all students of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. Beside mentoring activity, the Islamic Practice and Research Institute of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto also does the assessment activity of reading Al Qur’an. Previously, the assessment of the mentoring and reading Al Qur’an was done manually. This research aimed to make a mobile-based application of assessment of mentoring and reading Al Qur’an to ease assessment of mentoring and reading Al Qur’an. The data gained in this research was from the interview and observation. Based on the research, to pass the mentoring, the total of the attendance list in semester 1 and semester 2 should be 75% minimally, if it is less than 75%, the were said to be fail. Besides, for passing of reading Al Qur’an, the are required to have clearcites andclear tajwid. The benefit of using this application was that the assessment of mentoring and reading Al Qur’an becomes easier and faster in managing the students’ data.
