Abstract
The research entitled: "Analysis Influence of Profitability, Investment, and Size toward Dividend Payout Ratio on Manufacture Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2009-2013". The aim of research was to: 1) examine the influence of profitability, investment, and size simultantly toward dividend payout ratio on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2009-2013; 2) examine the influence of profitability toward dividend payout ratio on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2009-2013; 3) examine the influence of investment toward dividend payout ratio on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2009-2013; 4) examine the influence of size toward dividend payout ratio on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2009-2013. Research object is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the year period 2009- 2013. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Data analysis method used multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) Profitability, investment and size simultantly have significant influence toward dividend payout ratio. Based on the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted; 2) Profitability partially have significant influence toward dividend payout ratio. Based on the result, so the second hypothesis was accepted; 3) Investment partially have no significant influence toward dividend payout ratio. Based on the result, so the third hypothesis was rejected; 4) Size no significant influence toward dividend payout ratio. Based on the result, so the fourth hypothesis was rejected
