However, teachers‟ orientation of classroom management focused only on how handle a class and deliver material. Although teachers know that classroom management is important in achieving the goal of learning, teachers did not include some aspects of classroom management in the teaching learning process. Teachers missed some of language functions including narrating, eliciting, and correcting. Besides, teachers had lack of preparation of teaching Also, teachers missed one role, as planner (teaching refer to lesson plan). As involver, teachers tried to involve students by pointing and by invite students to ask questions. However, teachers showed the role as a resource only once during teaching learning process.
