Development of Construction service in Indonesia nowadays is increasing massively.
Considering such massive development, construction companies strive to win the
competition by improving their product or service quality. One of construction
projects to develop is the plate construction job. Bondek plate is a combination of
plates using steel deck as substitution of positive bending moment where it also
functioned as plate formwork and workshop floor. Conventional plate formwork is a
wooden formwork that is constructed into a united formwork. Plate job is a part of
construction that takes time in the process of construction. So, this research aimed to
compare the cost and working time of Slab job using wood (multiplex) with Slab of
Bondek. The method of this research was analysis of unit price of Job based on
Indonesian National Standard 2016. The findings show that Slab Formwork job
using Bondek plate is more economical than the formwork using wood (multiplex)
with price gap of Rp 35.140.300,-. The processing time of Bondek plate is more
efficient than the wooden plate Formwork (multiplex).
