Abstract

This study aimed to figure out the effect of work discipline, motivation, and competence to the work performance in MMS and DRC muffler home industry of Purbalingga. This study was a quantitative research with survey method. Sample of this study was 75 respondents who were the contract of the muffler home industry obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Data of the study were tested through some techniques; validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that work discipline, motivation, competence had a significant effect on employees' work performance.
