Abstract

This research aimed to figure out the effect of employee’s ability, work
motivation and discipline toward their working produkctivity at Slamet Langgeng
Ltd. Purbalingga Regency. This research used purposive sampling technique; the
sample were 114 employees. The research questionnaires have been tested using
analysis test of reliability and validity.
Based on regression analysis of t-test and f-test, it obtained a result that
partial ability did not give significant impact to work productivity, while work
motivation and discipline partially gave significant impact to the productivity.
Meanwhile, ability, work motivation and discipline affected work performance
simultaneously. The result implication on the research object have been discussed
in this research.
