-Factorial Complete Randomized Design with 2 types of media
treatment was used
as the research design. The first media was MS as a control
and the second media was a combination of AB mix nutrition and liquid organic
fertilizer. Research media, MS was the control of A1 (1000 ppm AB mix +1 000
ppm POC), A2 (1000 ppm AB mix +1500 ppm P
OC), A3 (1000 ppm AB mix +
2000ppm POC), A4 (1500 ppm AB mix + 1000 ppm POC), A5 (1500 ppm AB
mix + 1500 ppm POC), A6 (1500 ppm AB mix + 2000 ppm POC), A7 (2000 ppm
AB mix + 1000 ppm POC), A8 (2000 ppm AB mix + 1500 ppm POC), A9 (2000
ppm AB mix + 2000 ppm
POC), A10 (2500 ppm AB mix + 1000 ppm POC), A11
(2500 ppm AB mix + 1500 ppm POC), A12 (2500 ppm AB mix dan 2000 ppm
POC). The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed by using variety print test.
The result showed the combination between AB mix nutrition and POC
did not result real impact toward growth of potatoe shoot culture on the variable
success of planlet growth, number of leaves, planlet height and upper wet weight.
