Abstract

This research aimed at finding out the influence of work environment,
work motivation, work stress and salary toward employees' performance in PT
Adira Finance Cilacap. The employees were 60. The independent variables in this
research were work environment, work motivation, work stress and salary while
the dependent variable was employees' performance, while the dependent variable
was employees' performance. The object of this research was PT Adira Finance
Cilacap. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling with the
samples of 60 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this research were
classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothetical test. The
result showed that work environment, work motivation, work stress and salary
simultaneously influenced employees' performance while negative work
environment did not significantly influence employees' performance, positive
work motivation did not significantly influence employees' performance, negative
work stress significantly influenced employees' performance and positive salary
did not significantly influence employees' performance.
