Abstract

The research aimed to find out the effect of work motivavation, work environment,
and work placement toward employees’ performance; it was a case study at office
of public work and spatial palnning of Purbalingga Regency. It was quantitative
research with survey and sampling methods. It used 97 respondents;they were civil
servants of the office. Sampling tehnique was cencus sampling, and tehnique off
data testing was validity and reliability tests. To find out the effect of employees’
performane factor, the reseacrher used analysis of multiple linear regression.
The research result with t test shows that employees’ working motivation, work
environment, and work placement partially affects the employees’ performance in
significant impact. Whereas, F test showes work motivation, work environment,
and work placement affects te employees’ performance stimultaneously. The
implication of reseacrh result has been discussed in this research.
