Abstract

The study aimed to describe the level of students' mathematical creative thinking skill through Multiple Solution Task (MST) on the topic of the circle. This research applied qualitative descriptive research method Subjects were students of VIII F grade SMP Negeri 2 Banyumas. The subject was selected by purposive sampling by selecting 3 students of highest ranking group, 3 students of middle group, and 3 students of lowest group. Data analysis techniques applied were data reduction, data display, and verification. Data collection techniques were test, interview, and documentation. The results discovered that high-ranking student group belonged to TBK (Level of Creative Thinking) was 0 (not creative), the middle-ranking student group belonged to TBK was 2 (quite creative), and the low-ranking student group belonged to TBK was 0 (not creative).
