Abstract
This research aim to test as empirically the influence of customer’s perspective,
internal business process and learning and growth to performance of company as
partially and simultaneity. This is quantitative Research. The populations are the
customer of Perum Bulog sub division region IV Banyumas and also its own
employees whom directly deliver their service to customer. This research conducted
to samples which taken using the purposive sampling method. The result of this
research showed that Perspective of Customer, internal business processes and
Learning and Growth as stimulants it has strong positive and also significant to
performance of company. Customer perspective as partial have the positive influence
to Performance of Perum Bulog sub division region IV Banyumas but as statistically
is insignificant to Performance of Company. Hereinafter internal business process as
partial has positive affect and significant to performance of company. Our last test
about learning and growth shows that it has also positive affect and significant to
performance of company.
