This study aimed to determine the positive significan effect of cultural organization, individual characteristic and nurses welth to nurses dicipline in RSUD Kebumen either partially or simultaneously. The method used in the sampling is purposive sampling, the sampling was based on the consideration to fit the study criteria in order to increase the accuracy of the sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) 0.05.
The results of this study concluded that the positive significan effect of cultural organization to nurses dicipline in RSUD Kebumen, with significan value 0,003 less than 0,05. Individual characteristic positive not significan influence to nurses dicipline in RSUD Kebumen, with significan value 0,885 more than 0,05. Nurses welth positive not significan influence to nurses dicipline in RSUD Kebumen, with significan value 0,080 more than 0,05. Cultural organization, individual characteristic, nurses welth simultaneously influence to nurses dicipline in RSUD Kebumen, with significan value 0,002 less than 0,05.
