Hypertension really is not a disease but a disorder or a symptom of the
disorder in blood pressure regulatory mechanisms. Treatment of hypertension is
done by changing the pattern of life and treatment performed by using
antihypertensive drugs. This study aims to determine whether the treatment
patterns of hypertension patients in the health center of Kemranjen 1 accordance
with the standards of the Banyumas District Health Office or not. Standard
treatment of hypertension used in the health center I Kemranjen is standard
hypertension treatment made by the Department of Health.
Existing antihypertensive drugs on the medical record card I Kemranjen health
center in 2007 including Otoryl, captopril, HCT, Clonidin, Gralixa, Furosemid,
Perifas, Zendalat. Research have conducted using descriptive methods of
retrospective data collection, research materials have used are the patient's
medical records. The results showed that the pattern of treatment of patients with
hypertension at health center 1 Kemranjen is in conformity with the standard
treatment of Banyumas District Health Office.
