Abstract
Kartika Lidiasari the main point of the level of the patient 's satisfaction towards
the service of medicine information in the medical clinic compar with in the
community health centre in the Rembang subdistrict the Purbalingga regency is
supervis by INDRI HAPSARI and SUDARSO
The research was doing about the level of the patient 's satisfaction towards the
service of medicine information in medical clinic and community health centre in
Rembang subdistrict the Purbalingga regency. The aim of this research is to know
the value of the patient 's satisfaction by service of medicine information with the
percentage of satisfaction from respectively . The sample collection with random
sampling method, the result was analysis to get percentage value satisfaction so as
to be able to be interpret as big the level of the patient 's satisfaction, and
descriptive analysis to know the picture of the service of medicine information in
the medical clinic and in the community health centre that became one of the
standards from the level of satisfaction respectively the patient. From results of
this research is the percentage value of the level of the patient 's satisfaction is of
58.25 % that more is satisfy with the service in the medical clinic where as
56.30% for the patient that said more satisfy towards the service that is obtain in
the community health centre, the descriptive analysis that is about the service of
medicine information in the medical clinic is far more better than community
health centre is seen from facilities that are given and the service that is more
maximal in the community health centre.
