This research aimed to prove the effect of institusional ownership, audit committees,
independent commissioners, company size to the firm value (in the manufactur company sector
automotive listed on the Indonesia stock exchange the periode 2007-2011). Method to take
sample used purposive sampling. Analysis method used multiple regression with significant level
(α) 5%.
The result of this study showed of institusional ownership, audit committees, independent
commissioners, company size partially or simultaneously to the firm value. Whereas partially
institusional ownership, independent commissioners, company size effected significantly toward
firm value. But audit committes showed did not effect significantly toward to the firm value.
