This study aims to determine the effect of net income and operating cash
flow to the dividend policy either simultaneously or partial, as well as to
determine which variables most influence on dividend policy between net income
and operating cash flow. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling. The
method of analysis used is multiple linear regression and test the elasticity of the
significant level of 0.1.
The results of this study concluded that the net income partially have not
influence on dividend policy, with significant value 0,367 more than 0,10.
Operating cash flow is partially influence on dividend policy, with significant
value 0,084 less than 0,10. Net income and operating cash flow simultaneously
influence on dividend policy, with significant value 0,082 less than 0,10.
Operating cash flow has a greater influence than the dividend policy of net
income, with elastisity value net income variabel 0,073 less than elastisity value
operating cash flow variabel 0,118 so E1<E2.
