This research aims to find out the feasibility of feasibility in Purwokerto
based on market and marketing, as well as financial aspect. However, there is
another aspects in this study namely management and humans resources aspects.
The object in this study was competitor companies in tourism agents listed
in Youth and Culture Department (DISPORABUDPAR) which had been
established for more than 5 years. The analysis of market and marketing aspects
consistof market potential, competitors analysis, marketing strategies (market
segment, targeting, positioning and SWOT analysis) and market share while the
methonds of financial market are Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal
Rate of Return and Profitability Index.
The finding show that the business of tourism agents in Purwokerto in
feasible to be established based on market and marketing, as well as financial
aspect.
