There are 3 (three) of interest provided by Informatics Engineering Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. This of interest will be selected by student that in the future it can more engaged. Because of that, the student of Informatics Engineering confuse what interest must be chosen and suitable with they ability. The purpose of this research is to determining what interest that suitable with student’s ability using Dempster-Shafer theory. Using Dempster-Shafer theory, can solving uncertainty add a new fact to determining a decision. This confirms that the Dempster-Shafer theory is very appropriate to be applied in this study, because the curriculum is something that can be changed at any time. With this application, hope the student of Informatics Engineering can found what interest is suitable with they capability. The student just giving input scores of requirement subject that got in last semester and calculated using Dempster-Shafer theory, the student will get a suggest what suitable interest ,is RPL, Multimedia, or Smart System.
