This research is aimed at knowing the effect of institutional ownership,
manajerial ownernership, independent commisioner board, and the corporate
social responsibility towards the company value. The company value was proxied
with Tobin's Q value. The sampling technique waspuposive sampling. The data
were collected from the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009
to 2013. 55 mining companies were the samples.
The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The result of this
research showed that the variable affecting the company size was the institutional
ownership and managerial ownership. In addition, the variables having no effect
were independent commisioner board and corporate social responsibility.
