Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability,
likuidity. Debt policy, free cash flow ( empric study on company consumer goods
that listed in BEI period 2011-2014). The population of this research was all of
company consumer goods with total sample 19 companies. The data analysus
using multiple regression model.
The result of this research showed that variable of firm size didn’t have
any significant toward dividend policy. Variable of profitability have any
significant toward dividend policy. Variable of likuidity didn’t have any
significant toward dividend policy. Variable of debt policy didn’t have any
significant toward dividend policy. Variable of free cash flow didn’t have any
significant toward dividend policy.
