Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease and still be a public issue
because of the high morbidity and mortality. Pulmonary tuberculosis Bacillus acid
(+) (AFB +) diagnosis indicates that the prevalence in Indonesia are 8.4%, in
Central Java are 0.4%. The aim of the study to describe patients knowledge about
tuberculosis, motivate the patients recovery, and performance of the Supervisor
Drug and Alcohol Awareness (SDAA) and anti-tuberculosis drugs logistics
management. This study is descriptive usingcross sectional approach with
retrospective data collection method. From 53 respondents were taken by total
sampleof tuberculosis men with 26-35 ages.32 respondents (60.4%) have high
knowledge and 21 respondents (39.6%) havelow knowledge,33 respondents
(62.2%) have high motivation and21 respondents (37.8%) have low motivation.
Pulmonary tuberculosis patients perceptionsto the Supervisor Drug and Alcohol
Awareness are 30 supervisors (56,6%) have good performance, 23 supervisors to
take medication (43,4%) have not good performance. In 2014 anti tuberculosis
drugs suplay in Kalibakung health center never gone empty, are known from
average% vacancy period of the day, and Kalibakung health center qualified as
anti tuberculosis drugs logistics management according to National Guidelines
Prevention of Tuberculosis in Indonesia. It can be concluded most of the
respondents with pulmonary tuberculosis had high motivation and knowledge,
most of Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Awareness hasgood performanceperception
from tuberculosis patients and the supplies of anti tuberculosis drugsKalibakung
health center fulfilled during 2014, drug logistics managementae follow
government regulations.
