This research aimed to find out the correlation between farmers’
knowledge and behavior toward sustainable farming land in Kembaran Vilage
Banyumas.
The method of this research was by survey method. The data collected was
the data of farmers’ knowledge and behavior. The sampling technique was by
purposive sampling. With the population of 592 people, namely the farmers
having the farming land > 0,50 Ha, the sampel was 60 people. The data collection
was by questionnaire. The analysiswas by quantitative analysis of product
moment.
The result showed that there was a positive correlation between farmers’
knowledge and behavior toward sustainable farming land that was r 0.556 in fair
category. The coefficient determinant contribution of knowledge variable toward
behavior was 30,9%, while others are affected by other factors.
