The use of two-wheelers among school children has led to a significant increase in traffic violations. In 2023, traffic violations committed by minors accounted for the largest number of 148,392 traffic accident cases. And schoolchildren violators in Pangandaran Regency in 2024 amounted to 2,472. This research discusses the efforts of law enforcement and government in Pangandaran Regency and the implementation of policies and values in the traffic safety education program based on Pangandaran Regent Regulation Number 46 of 2021. Through analysis of violation factors and implementation, this study identifies monitoring and implementation efforts to ensure compliance and safe driving for school children in Pangandaran Regency. With the aim of identifying the factors that cause traffic violations committed by school children, increasing traffic awareness and compliance with regulations and safety in traffic. Several internal and external factors imply that further efforts and strategy adjustments may be needed to achieve maximum results. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and improve the implementation of methods and approaches that can increase the effectiveness of future research. The research method used is normative juridical, namely by identifying and clarifying legal facts using primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are that pre-emptive, preventive, repressive efforts, as well as visible operations are able to reduce the level of violations. The creation of extracurricular School Security Patrols by the Education Office and the socialization of Early Age Traffic Awareness are able to increase compliance with regulations and become a guide for driving school children. Research the factors that cause minors to violate traffic rules, such as lack of transportation facilities, knowledge of traffic rules, family influence, social environment, or peer pressure.
