The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product quality, store
atmosphere, and facilities on customer satisfaction. The sample selection in this
study was conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 106
respondents were selected as the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this
research were instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests,
multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis results indicate
that product quality partially has a non-significant positive influence on customer
satisfaction. Store atmosphere partially has a non-significant positive influence on
customer satisfaction, while facilities, partially, have a significant positive
influence on customer satisfaction.
