Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and store atmosphere towards consumer satisfaction. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, there were 100 respondents who became the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this research are statistic descriptive, instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, goodness of fit test and hypothesis testing using analysis test SPSS. The results of the analysis show service quality doesn’t influence consumer satisfaction, product quality have positive effect and significant on consumer satisfaction and store atmosphere have positive effect and significant on consumer satisfaction.
