One strategy that can be used to accelerate time is to apply the Fast Track method in scheduling, so as to reduce the duration of project implementation. This Fast Track method requires work that is usually done sequentially to be done simultaneously, while still paying attention to the logical relationship between activities. The object in this fast track method scheduling analysis research is the Indogrosir Purwokerto Building Project. The purpose of this study is to determine when the estimated project completion time due to the application of the fast track method on the Indogrosir Purwokerto Building Project which has a work duration of 237 days and is completed exactly on the 237th day. In preparing this report, quantitative methods are used. The data needed in the analysis are time schedules, weekly reports, work volumes, and drawings for work that is on the initial critical trajectory. From the results of research conducted in 2 stages using Microsoft Project 2019 software, it was found that the acceleration was 21 days faster than the previous scheduling, so that the total duration was 216 days.
