The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of location, facilities and
customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Special Sambal (SS) waroeng in
Purwokerto. This research uses a questionnaire method as data collection. The
sample selected used accidental sampling. Based on the criteria, 109 respondents
were obtained. This research uses the SPSS test tool, with the research methods
used, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple
regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and t test. The research
results show that location has no effect on customer loyalty at Waroeng Spesial
Sambal Purwokerto. Facilities have no effect on customer loyalty at Waroeng
Special Sambal Purwokerto. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty at
Waroeng Special Sambal Purwokerto.
