Abstract
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the P5 program as an
implementation of the Independent Curriculum as a form of 21st century
learning at SDN 1 Dagan, Purbalingga Regency in the context of inhibiting
factors that might occur. The phenomenological method was used to understand
the phenomena experienced by research informants during the implementation
of P5 at SDN 1 Dagan. Data collection techniques through observation,
interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data
reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on research that
has been carried out, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum as a form
of 21st Century Learning through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of
Pancasila Students (P5) which was implemented in classes I and IV of SDN 1
Dagan, in which there are no 21st Century Learning skills, namely TPACK,
Application HOTS, as well as students' 6C abilities. The implementation of the
Independent Curriculum through the Project for Strengthening the Profile of
Pancasila Students (P5) at SDN 1 Dagan has not been able to bridge the
realization of 21st Century Learning skills. To overcome this problem, the
efforts that researchers propose are increasing investment in education, teacher
training and development, as well as collaboration between schools and the
community.
