This research was conducted in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The study aimed: 1) to determine the production costs incurred by the Opak Open home industry in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency; 2) to identify the challenges faced during the production process and provide solutions; and 3) to assess the economic feasibility of the Opak Open home industry in Cikalong District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Method: This study utilized a case study approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 30 respondents. Results: The study's findings were as follows: 1) The total fixed costs amounted to IDR 1,392,203, and the total variable costs were IDR 2,350,250, leading to a total production cost of IDR 3,742,453. The total revenue was IDR 10,036,000, resulting in a monthly income of IDR 6,293,547 for the respondents. 2) The business feasibility analysis, using the R/C Ratio for the Opak Open home industry, yielded a value of 2.68>1, indicating that the Opak Open home industry was economically feasible and worth pursuing. 3) The common problem faced by the respondents was the high cost of raw materials for producing Opak Open. It was recommended that respondents seek new suppliers with more affordable prices or stockpile raw materials to mitigate the impact of rising costs.
