Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Customers Trut, Customers Experience, and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interest of consumers of Sidomuncul Wind Reject Products. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is the general public in Purwokerto. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling with the criteria that people in Purwokerto who have purchased herbal medicine Tolak Angin Sidomuncul at least 2 times and are 17 years old and above. Data analysis method with Smart PLS software modelling. The results of Customers Trust have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest, Customers Experience has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest, Customer Satisfaction has no effect on Repurchase Interest. It can be concluded that Customers Trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest, Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest, Customer Satisfaction has no effect on Repurchase Interest.
