This final project aims to determine the Management of Operational Funds for Hajj Pilgrimage at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Purbalingga Regency. In the discussion, the author examines whether the Operational Fund for Hajj is in accordance with its implementation or not. This study uses two methods, namely the primary data method and the secondary data method. The primary data method is data obtained by direct interviews with employees in the Hajj and Umrah Organization section at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Purbalingga Regency. While secondary data, namely data obtained by researchers based on previous articles related to the Operational Fund for Hajj. The results of this field work practice discuss the management of hajj funds managed directly by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Purbalingga Regency with the provisions that have been set. Although the reporting is in accordance with the provisions, there are still obstacles in its preparation, namely data that is still incomplete and data with little information so that there is a delay in delivery, for that a complete financial report should be made explaining the use of the funds for what.
