This study aims to analyze the effects of Transparency, Accountability, and
Community Participation on the quality of village financial management in
Banyumas Regency in 2023. The research employs a quantitative method using a
survey approach, involving numerical data and statistical analysis. The subjects of
the study include Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers, and community
representatives from 30 villages, with a total sample of 120 respondents. Data were
collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using multiple linear
regression with SPSS software. The results indicate: Transparency has a significant
effect on village financial management, with a t-value of 2.537, which is greater
than the t-table value of 1.657, and a significance level of 0.013 (less than 0.05).
This suggests that transparency positively impacts the quality of village financial
management. Accountability also has a significant effect on village financial
management, with a t-value of 14.015, which is much greater than the t-table value
of 1.657, and a significance level of 0.00 (less than 0.05). This indicates that
accountability is a crucial factor in improving the quality of village financial
management. Community Participation significantly influences village financial
management, with a t-value of 52.752, which is significantly higher than the t-table
value of 1.657, and a significance level of 0.00 (less than 0.05). This confirms that
active community involvement contributes to better village financial management
