Abstract
E-commerce today has experienced very rapid growth for some time. One of the Ecommerce
companies that is successful and successful in exploiting E-commerce
market opportunities in Southeast Asia is Shopee. This research aims to analyze the
influence of electronic service quality, promotions and prices on Marketplace Shoppe
customer satisfaction. This research took the Gen Z population in Purwokerto City
who had made purchases at the Marketplace Shoppe at least twice and used
quantitative methods, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, the total
sample was 110 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are
descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression
tests, model fit tests, and hypothesis tests with the analysis tool used is SPSS. The
results of the analysis show that electronic service quality has no effect on customer
satisfaction, promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction,
price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and electronic
service quality, promotion and price have a simultaneous effect on customer
satisfaction.
