This research was conducted in Gunung Karang Village, Bobotsari District,
Purbalingga Regency, from May to July 2024. The objectives of this research are:
1.) To examine the partnership model applied in broiler chicken farming in Gunung
Karang Village Bobotsari District. 2.) To analyze the feasibility of broiler chicken
farming with the existing partnership model in Gunung Karang Village, Bobotsari
District.
The method used is a case study with a quantitative descriptive approach,
utilizing both primary and secondary data. The sampling technique employed is a
census method, involving all broiler chicken farmers in the area, with a total of four
respondens. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews,
observations, and documentation.
The research results are as follows: 1.) The broiler chicken farming
businesses under partnership model in Gunung Karang Village vary in scale,
ranging from small to large operations. The average broiler chicken population
maintained is 9.000, with housing including both closed house and open house
systems, averaging 645m2in size. Two core companies are involved, namely PT.
RMB (Rukun Mitra Bersama) and PT. Mustika Jaya Lestari. 2.) The partnership
model adopted by broiler chicken farmers in Gunung Karang Village follow the
nucleus-plasma scheme. 3.) Based on the B/C ratio analysis, the broiler chicken
farming business in Gunung Karang Village achieved a value of 0,026. The Break
Even Point (BEP) analysis for production indicated a BEP of 20.977 kg per
production cycle or period. The BEP price analysis is revealed a value of IDR
20.553/kg. From these three analyses, it can be concluded that the broiler chicken
farming business under the partnership model in Gunung Karang Village is feasible
to run.
