Abstract

Currently, many tall buildings have been built in urban areas. This is a factor in the
creation of elevators as a means of transporting goods and people to get to the upper floors.
This goods lift control system can be controlled and monitored remotely using a smartphone.
This remote control was created to save time when making elevator calls. This lift control
system is made using outseal PLC Mega V.3 as the working system controller. The lift system
created has three moving parts, namely the main lifter, the lifter door actuator, and the load
weight gauge. This system uses a load cell whichfunctions as a reader of the weight of goods
entering the elevator. The load cell transmits voltage data which is then processed into a
digital signal using the HX711 module. After being processed by the HX711 module, the
digital signal is then sent to the Arduino for processing and then sent to the PLC. The data
sent to the PLC will determine whether the goods are present or not or whether they are
overloaded.
Through the tool testing stage, it was concluded that the control of the goodselevator
The system can work well and the HMI displayed on Android can also run even though it does
not match the system time when it is running.
