Background: Currently, Siti Aminah Muhammadiyah Hospital in
Bumiayu utilizes a manual process for leave applications. Employees are
required to submit leave requests in printed form, which must be signed.
Subsequently, the leave request must receive approval from both the head
of the installation and the direct supervisor. With advancements in
technology, which are widely adopted across all age groups, information
technology now significantly enhances daily life. Both organizations and
individuals are leveraging this technology to advance beyond previous
practices. Objective: This study aims to develop a mobile application for
managing leave applications, utilizing current technological advancements
to streamline and improve the efficiency of leave management processes at
the hospital. Method: The application of a mobile-based system is designed
to introduce a more advanced and varied approach to leave management.
By integrating this technology, the hospital can enhance employee
management and operational efficiency, providing a faster and more
effective process for handling leave requests.
