Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) is a sharia cooperative that offers
financing with various contracts, including the multijasa ijarah contract. Multijasa
ijarah contracts can provide financial services such as academic fees, health, as
well as hajj and umrah. The implementation of this contract contains risks that
need to be anticipated early on to minimize the level of risk that occurs, so this
requires effective risk management. The purpose of this study is to determine the
application of risk management in multijasa ijarah financing, knowing the impact
borne by customers and BTM Banyumas Patikraja Branch Office, as well as
solutions and solutions for the risk management process borne by customers and
BTM Banyumas Patikraja Branch Office as well as solutions and follow-up on the
financing risks they are facing solutions and follow-up on the financing risks they
are facing, and find out the risk of multijasa ijarah financing at BTM Banyumas
Branch Office Patikraja the multijasa ijarah financing at BTM Banyumas
Patikraja Branch Office from the perspective of Fatwa DSN MUI Number 44 of
2004 concerning multijasa financing.
The research is a type of field research using observation, interview, and
documentation collection techniques. Data analysis uses primary data from data
obtained directly as the main data, namely based on results of interviews with the
head of the BTM Banyumas branch, Patikraja Branch Office. Secondary data is
obtained from data used as references such as books and journals.
The results of this research show that Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah
(BTM) Banyumas Patikraja Branch Office has implemented risk management in
multijasa ijarah financing to minimize financing risks. However, in the
implementation of financing for the multijasa ijarah product of BTM Banyumas
Patikraja Branch Office, some points have not been properly realized so it is not
in according with the MUI DSN Fatwa NO. 44/DSN-MUI/VII/2004 concerning
multijasa ijarah financing. In the implementation of this financing, there are still
many customers who have not been able to carry out their obligations properly
