This research aims to determine internal and external factors, alternative strategies, and strategic priorities that can be applied in an effort to develop California papaya farming in Binangun Village, Pamarican District, Ciamis Regency. The basic method used in this research uses the case study method. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis (IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, QSPM Matrix).
From the research results, it is known that the internal factors that influence California papaya farming in Binangun Village are the ease of production facilities and farmers' ability to manage agricultural land, while the external factors are papaya plants which can be cultivated easily, which shows that the ease of cultivating California papaya means that farmers can get stable and consistent yields of their papaya plants.
Alternative strategies that are suitable for developing California papaya farming in Binangun Village by optimizing production with supporting land conditions. The priority strategy that can be implemented to develop California papaya farming in Binangun Village is to optimize production with supporting land conditions.
